How much are annual dues?
Annual HOA dues are $140 and collected at the beginning of the year.
How do I pay my dues?
Dues can be mailed or dropped off at:

What do my dues cover?
- Maintenance of the common spaces, like the entrance, by a yard service.
- Community information & awareness costs
- Common space utilities (Street lights and sprinklers)
- Security expenses (expenses associated with operating security cameras)
- Liability Insurance for HOA and Board of Directors
- Neighborhood community event expenses
- Various improvements (signage, brick walls, plants)
